Whether you’re heading to Chiado or up the hill to Príncipe Real, there’s no shortage of places near our hotel to have a cocktail after a day spent wandering the streets of Lisbon. Discover our favourite spots, from classic Art Deco venues to more avant-garde spaces.
Toca da Raposa
After practising her mixology in London, Constança Cordeiro returned to Lisbon to open this bar. One of the coolest spots in town, Toca da Raposa is compact, with a sleek design and low-key lighting. You won’t find the classics here, instead the inventive cocktail list focuses on unique recipes made with local ingredients.
Cinco Lounge
With a sophisticated chilled-out atmosphere, this is the ideal place to enjoy a drink or two with friends. Enjoy the comfy room with ambient music as you try out one of the seasonal cocktails.
Foxtrot
Ring the buzzer for entry and step back in time to this Art Deco inspired glamorous bar. Although there’s a wide range of craft beers available, it’s a place most often sought for cocktails, with all the usual classics on offer. Plus, there’s a spacious terrace out the back that is perfect when the weather is right.
Red Frog
Recently relocated within a larger bar (Monkey Mash) Red Frog has the feel of a prohibition-era speakeasy although it’s no ordinary one. Regularly featured on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, it is definitely worth a visit to try out some cocktails with a unique twist.
Lumi Rooftop
Have you tried our bar and terrace? Head to the 5th floor for one of Lisbon’s best views of the Lisbon skyline and the Tagus River. The perfect place to sip on a cocktail at the end of the day and relax as the sun sets.
